- All meeting dates are subject to change as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to everyone.
- Approximately 7-10 days prior to meetings & events, we will send reminders via email OR
- For “member-host” meetings, in case of questionable weather, individuals should contact the “host” to confirm if the meeting will be held as scheduled.
- It is NOT the responsibility of the “host” to contact everyone.
