The Blue Swallow Project
Follow the movements of all North American Purple Martins as they move to their wintering grounds.
The Blue Swallow Conservation Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the mobilization of various sectors of the community – from researchers to bird watchers – for the conservation of the blue swallow.
It is the main conservation organization for this species in the United States and is responsible for the manufacture of nests specifically designed to shelter blue terns during their reproduction. Its mission is to disseminate knowledge about these birds so that the population can actively act in their conservation, considering that their survival depends on human action.
